FAQ
How do I track my order?
Once you have placed your order, you should receive an email with a tracking order number in it! If you do not, please contact us at customerservice@weboshe.com.
What are your delivery options?
Right now, we are set for First Class, Priority, and Expedited USPS mailing based on certain locations and purchases. We will be offering an UPS alternative soon!
Do you provide International delivery?
Not at this time! We are so sorry for any inconvenience but as of right now, we only deliver in the United States.
What is your returns policy?
We understand clothing doesn't always fit the way we want! Any clothing that has not been worn and is in it's original state - no holes, stains, rips, tears, and original tags still on. Basically, any damaged goods may not be accepted. Just let us know within 7 days of received goods that way we can guarantee store credit can be reissued. The return must be scanned within 15 days of received purchase for exchange or store credit.

What items can be returned?
Most items can be returned for store credit or exchanged. The exceptions being any undergarments or products that may no longer be sanitary. This includes undergarments and hair pieces. Items that are damaged or broken will no longer be accepted for returns for store credit. Items listed for final sale at 30% or more are final sale and will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
